大家常容易见到到有不少全天候开放的饭店或是其他服务场合，一般都会有显眼的24 hours标志，这就是24小时营业，和全天候的意思差不多。不过要形容一天到晚，全天候，无时无刻该如何说呢，大家来看下面的对话：

24-7 指的是24 hours a day, 7 days a week 的意思，那就是整天、随时了。念的时候念 twenty-four seven 就能了。

再给大伙介绍一个关于时间的片语，on the nose，意思是整点；完全，比如：

甜心，目前什么时间啦？}

B: It's six pm on the nose.
晚上六点整。

除去表示时间的整点外，on the nose还有完全 的意思。好比你的心事被一个朋友看透了。你就能对他说Your guess was right on the nose.
