我的理解：
1. Not surprising,这里是Its not surprising that句型的删减形式。
2.even if, 在这里用的并非非常适合，应该用even though更合理，由于后面说的都是真实状况，而不是假设状况。
3.at $10这里我感觉也是一个删减形式，补全的话大概是“its price is at $10”,这里its price指代的是bus or public taxi. 所以这里the train 前面要么用逗号隔开或者添加一个and，可能更好理解。所以我的理解这里10USD应该是是bus or public taxi的价格，而火车的价格是5USD。
