1、 You can ask a question about someone's desire or aspiration1 using if / if, e.g.: What would you do if you had the time? / What would you do if you had the time?; Where would you go if you had the money? / Where would you go if you had the money?

2、 You can use various phrases to express the likelihood of something, e.g. probably / probably; definitely / definitely; maybe / maybe, e.g.: I'd probably learn a musical instrument if I had the time / I'd probably learn a musical instrument if I had the time; I'd definitely go to New York if I had a chance / I'd definitely go to New York if I had the chance.
