零售（Retail）是将产品及有关服务提供给买家（consumer）作为最后消费之用的活动。零售业（Retail Industry）是指以向最后买家提供所需产品及其附带服务（incidental service）为主的行业。
零售形式主要有零售商店（retail store，retail shop，retail outlet）、无铺零售（non-store retail）、联合零售（retail chain）和新业态零售（new retailing）。
